We have been involved in various undertakings in the commercial sector. We carried out projects for local communities, public institutions as well as strategies for companies, which consied EU projects and programs in their long term plans. Based on a team of long term co-operating experts we created the new model business organization in the open formula.

An open organization is built upon three pillars. The first of them is the main common aim, for which the organization is created and which determines the actions of all partners. The second pillar is mutual trust and understanding among members of the open organization, which permits the neglect limited controlling possibilities in virtual working space. And the last but not least important pillar is the people who create the organization. Their input is the only capital of the organization: knowledge and experience

Particularly valuable for an open organization is the possibility of ad-hoc engagement of external experts. It enhances the company’s  flexibility in its adaptation to market demands and it increases working potential.
